Which airports do you operate from?
We operate exclusively from Colombo Airport (CMB).
What areas do you cover?
We provide transfers to and from Colombo Airport and to destinations across Sri Lanka.
Pricing & Payment
Are your prices per car or per person?
Our prices are per vehicle. We do not offer shared rides — every booking is private.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No, payment is flexible. You can pay online (PayPal/card) or pay cash to the driver at the end of your trip.
Do you charge extra for credit card bookings?
Yes, a 5% processing fee applies for card payments.
Do I need to pay extra for via journeys?
Yes, additional stops or detours will incur extra charges based on distance.
Vehicles & Passengers
What vehicles do you have?
Our fleet includes saloon cars (1–3 passengers) and MPVs (5–8 passengers), all clean and air-conditioned.
Can I smoke in the car?
No. We operate a strict no-smoking policy in all vehicles.
Booking & Timing
How early do I need to book my car?
We recommend booking at least 3 hours in advance.
What if my flight is early or delayed?
We track your flight and adjust pickup times automatically. There are no extra charges for delays.
What if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us as soon as possible. If a driver hasn’t been dispatched, there will be no charges.
What if I miss my flight?
Let us know right away so we can reschedule your transfer.

Your booking confirmation will include exact pickup point details.
What if I cannot find my driver?

Do you operate 24/7?
Yes, we offer round-the-clock service with no extra fees for late-night or early-morning pickups.

Is your company licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed company and follow all Taxi & Private Hire regulations.
Is gratuity included in the price?
No, tipping is optional and at the passenger’s discretion.
