Bookings are subject to availability, route conditions, vehicle assignment, and passenger details provided at the time of quotation.
Cancellations, waiting time, flight delays, deposits, and refunds are handled according to the booking confirmation and operations policy shown at checkout.
Cash bookings are permitted only where the selected brand and booking type allow them. Ceylon Tour bookings require advance payment and do not allow cash to driver.
Coach quotations, tour quotations, and any special itinerary pricing remain subject to review by operations before final confirmation.
Services may be delivered by our own drivers, approved subcontracted drivers or chauffeur operators, and local tour agents. The assigned driver, vehicle or tour agent may change where reasonably necessary to deliver the confirmed service. Where we arrange a third-party service, the relevant supplier terms may also apply; where we are the contracting party, we remain your operational point of contact.
All pricing is validated server-side in the demo workflow. Live payment credentials are not used in this environment.
