We collect only the information required to prepare quotations, confirm bookings, manage customer support, and issue invoices or receipts.
We do not store card numbers, CVV values, or passwords in the customer-facing workflow. Payment secrets are never exposed in client code.
To protect this website from automated misuse, we use the network address supplied with each request in web-server logs and short-term rate limits. Application security diagnostics use a hashed form of that address, not the raw address. We use this information for security, not advertising or profiling, and keep it only for as long as needed for that purpose.
Customer lookup requires booking reference and matching phone number to reduce accidental disclosure of another booking.
Internal notes, operational profit figures, and staff-only data are restricted to admin views.
Cookies and local storage are used only for demo booking flow, portal lookup convenience, and operational state during local testing.
