Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation may be available up to the configured cutoff before pickup. Late cancellation may result in retained deposits or charges where permitted by operations policy.

Flight delays are monitored for airport pickups. Waiting time may be accommodated where operationally possible, but repeated no-shows or unreasonable delay scenarios may be charged.

Refunds are processed only against amounts that have actually been collected. Receipts are generated only after payment has been recorded.

Coach bookings, tours, and advance-payment bookings may have stricter cancellation terms because vehicles and suppliers are reserved in advance.
